NOTICE OF PROPOSED NEW BYELAWS The Sculthorpe Training Area Byelaws 2014 Notice is hereby given that in exercise of his powers under the Military Lands Act 1892 the Secretary of State for Defence proposes to make new byelaws in respect of the Ministry of Defence site known as Sculthorpe Training Area. The areas of land to which the byelaws apply is shown on the plan attached to the proposed byelaws. Posters of the proposed byelaws and plans may be inspected at the two Main Gates which provide access to the site from the B1454. Copies of the proposed byelaws and plan have been sent to the local libraries: Fakenham Library, 22 Oak Street, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 9DY; Holt Library, 9 Church Street, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6BB; Dereham Library, 59 High Street, Dereham, Norfolk, NR19 1DZ and King's Lynn Library, London Road, King's Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 5EZ. They may also be inspected and/or downloaded from the website: https://www.gov.uk/ministry-ofdefence-byelaws. If an applicant does not have access to the internet or local library, then copies of the proposed byelaws and plan may be obtained by post, free of charge, from the Byelaws Review Team, Ministry of Defence, PO Box 349, Aldershot, GU11 2WZ. Requests for copies may also be left on the Team's answer-phone on 01252 361986. Copies of the proposed byelaws have also been sent to interested local parties including the county, district and parish councils. Any objections to the proposed byelaws should be directed to the Secretary of State for Defence and sent either to the above address or alternatively emailed to DIO-byelawsreviewteam@ mod.uk to be received within 35 days from the 15th December 2014 or the date that the proposed byelaws are displayed at the site if this is later. This notice will be displayed in the London Gazette, two local newspapers and at the post office in the vicinity of the affected site. Licensing Act 2003 APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE TAKE NOTICE that Ms Emma Stannard applied to the Licensing Authority on November 18 2014 for a new PREMISES LICENCE under the Licensing Act 2003 to use the premises known as Blakeney Hotel, The Quay, Blakeney NR25 7NE for the (1) playing of music including recorded music, the performance of dance and dancing from 9am to 12 midnight each day and (2) sale by retail of alcohol to be consumed on and off the premises from 11am to 11pm Monday to Saturday and 12 noon to 12 midnight on Sunday If you wish to object to this application written representations should be made to the Licensing Authority namely the Licensing Section, North Norfolk District Council, Council Offices, Hol t Road, Cromer, Norfolk NR27 9EN. Licensing Act 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE Kay Halladay has applied to Great Yarmouth Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respec t of Margo's Lounge, 58 Bells Road, Gorleston NR31 6AG. It is proposed that the following licensable activities will be carried on or from the premises: Supply of Alcohol, films, Live Music, Recorded Music. The Council's Licensing register, together with details of this application, may be inspected at the Town Hall, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF during usual office hours.
