Regulation 26 (Adoption of a local plan) of the Town and County Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE BROADS AUTHORITY'S SITES SPECIFICS LOCAL PLAN This Adoption Statement gives notice that the Broads Authority (BA) formally adopted its Sites Specifics Local Plan on 11 July 2014 in accordance with the above regulations. This document allocates land in various sites around the Broads Executive Area for certain uses as well as allocates or removes development boundaries to/from settlements. The Sites Specifics Local Plan par t r inspection at the following places (please contact venue for opening times) as well as on the webpage given previously. Please note that some of these documents are printed off and some are on a CD. Due to the time taken to print the documents, they will be available at the venues within around a week from the 11 July 2014. Any such application must be made promptly and no later than 6 weeks after the date on which the BA Sites Specifics Local Plan was adopted i.e. by 22 August 2014. The Sites Specifics Local Plan was considered by an independent Inspector at Examination in February 2014. The Council consulted on modifications (main and additional) to the Sites Specifics Local Plan from 17 March to 25 April 2014. The Inspector's Report was received on 13 June and can be viewed at the locations set out below and via the Council's website www.broads-authority.gov.uk/planning/planning-policies/site-specific-policies. The adopted Sites Specifics Local Plan incorporates the modifications recommended by the Inspector.
